Sherie Olmstead (MS, BCC)

I call myself an “Ameripean” having lived and worked in America for much of my life and then moved to Brussels in 2000 to embark on a career opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I knew no one and had never travelled to Europe. I ended up staying for 14 years, starting my own coaching and training business and becoming a European citizen. And here I am now living in Brighton UK by the seaside – one of the most beautiful playgrounds on the planet.

I grew up in Olympia, Washington USA and have been an energy junkie since I was a kid. I climbed trees, played baseball and ran like the wind. Moving my body was play for me - it still is! My dad gave me the gift of play and also taught me that anything was possible so I’ve lived my life taking risks and reflecting on the outcomes – both positive and negative as I’ve continued to learn and grow.

I strive to help people from all walks of life become the best versions of themselves - young adults seeking to combine their passions with a career pathway, inexperienced managers and high potentials building their management toolkit, parents struggling with their work/life balance, senior managers and leaders seeking to make a positive difference - and anybody who endeavours to live their life with vitality in a world that doesn’t always support them.

I love what I do and do what I love.

Meet Coach Sherie

I’ve learnt that the key ingredient for success in every individual, organisation and industry is optimal energy management. My coaching approach is developed out of the skills, knowledge and experience I’ve gained helping and empowering individuals to maximise their energy - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

I have over twenty years experience in operational management as well as coaching and training individuals and teams for personal and professional development in Europe, internationally, and more recently in London and Sussex!

My career path led me from lecturing at university level in nutrition and wellbeing, to working with USA Olympic athletes at the Olympic Training Center, to directing operations at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in their Brussels EMEA office, to starting my own coaching and leadership development business in 2005.

I am fortunate to be able to share my expertise as a Sports’ Psychologist, professional coach and lover of life to help each person be happy, productive and fulfilled.

Working with Sherie has changed my life. For the past six years, she has helped me transform various professional and personal challenges into critical moments of reflection and growth.
